 \nAbout the Speaker\nSally Fallon Morell is founding president of The West
 on A. Price Foundation (westonaprice.org)\, a non-profit nutrition educati
 on foundation dedicated to returning nutrient-dense food to American table
 s\, and editor of the Foundation’s quarterly journal\, Wise Traditions. 
 She is also the founder of A Campaign for Real Milk (realmilk.com)\, which
  has as its goal universal access to clean raw milk from pasture-fed anima
 ls.  She has extensive experience in the testing and production of unpast
 eurized milk and milk products.\nShe is the author of the best-selling coo
 kbook Nourishing Traditions (with Mary G. Enig\, PhD)\; The Nourishing Tra
 ditions Book of Baby &amp\; Child Care (with Thomas S. Cowan\, MD)\; Nouri
